Game Grading Information

Understandably, when buying used games, you should be concerned about what you’re getting. We aim to be as accurate as possible in our grading policy so as to avoid any disappointment upon receiving any games. Whenever we’re in doubt, we’ll usually mark a game a grade below to err on the side of caution.
We reserve the right to send any game in better condition then promised at no additional cost to yourself but the flip side is NOT the case. If we find ourselves out of stock of an ordered game and only have lower quality, we will contact you first as to how to proceed.
If you do receive a game that you believe to be in worse condition than the condition you selected then please let us know so we can attempt to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
[reveal title=”Toggle title” open=”false” color=”grey-lite”]While we try to keep issues as nonexistent as possible, inevitably, when dealing with used games, occasional issues will pop up. Here’s how we handle them.


We offer 30 day returns on new games as long as the shrink is unbroken, but you are responsible for return shipping. We can issue you a label, but will deduct the cost from the credit issued.

Incorrect Editions:

If you get an edition of a game different from what you were expecting, then you have 7 days from delivery to notify us that you would like to return it. If we had listed the edition incorrectly then the return shipping is on us, but if no edition was listed then you will be responsible for your own shipping costs.

Missing or Damaged Components:

If a game has missing or damaged game components, then you have 30 days to let us know. Most of the time we will simply send you replacement components, in the rare case we can’t seem to get our hands on them (e.g.out of print games), then we will work with you on a case by case basis as to whether you prefer a partial refund or a return with shipping covered by us. Anything after 30 days, we will still try to help, but we can’t guarantee any results.[/reveal]
